From quoting through to coming to lay the laminate floor in my living room John and his team were polite, professional and friendly. There was no 'hard sell' and when I called to book the fitting I was given a slot within 3 days which was fantastic. I cannot rate this company highly enough. I love my new floor, thank you so much :-)

John is a polite and friendly guy & he was very patient as he had to come out a second time as I had doubts over my initial choice.
We didn't wait long for a fitting date and as we were having all our downstairs done it took a full day's work. Despite the initial misunderstanding over the start time John's team - Paul and the lads - did a great job. I popped back to bring them a bottle of milk and chocolate digestives to keep them going and I noticed the doors were leant against the walls but the fitters had placed a cloth behind them to protect the walls. Paul and his team cleared up after themselves. All we had to do was get rid of our old flooring and some waste from unused flooring. When they left all I had to do was sweep the floor of dust and wipe things down as the house got very dusty which was understandable. They did a good job fitting the flooring around the toilet and sink in our downstairs toilet - very impressed!
I had to call Floor Coverings back because the dishwasher door kept catching on the plinth when it was fully opened so Paul came back to shave off a few more millimetres for me.
Overall a good service from start to finish. Thanks John, Paul and the lads who did a great job. I absolutely love my new flooring. Thank you 😊

Left a key for the guys to get done. Came home to a fabulous fitted carpet and vinyl flooring. Highly recommend
